Sawyer's Field Trip

Sawyer was supposed to go on her field trip back in January, but it was postponed because of rain. We finally got to go on Friday the 12th. This was the main reason we had to wait to go to Eagar. Since Brendon had the day off, I was finally able to go on a field trip with Sawyer. She wanted me to ride the bus with her and so I did. This is her and Jaelyn on the bus waiting to go to the farm.
When we got to the farm there was a baby calf that had just been born. It was really neat to see.
This area is where you can help feed the animals. They are learning the names and a little bit about the animals here.
Sawyer feeding a calf.
Here she is feeding a sheep.
She got to feed the horse some carrots. Watch your fingers!
Next they got to pet and hold chickens. The lady said Sawyer looked like she knew what she was doing and if she'd held a chicken before. My lover of animals has held a chicken before?
Here's Sawyer's teacher, Mrs. Castillo, holding the rooster. She looks like a natural too!
This is Sawyer and Jaelyn on the hay ride. We learned a lot of neat things about Cows and a farm.
Here was the group that I was over.
Jonathan, Ethan, Jaelyn, Sawyer, and Lainie
